about the line between
a message of acknowledgment

a message of receipt
the difference is inside of me
and that’s why i want to name it
it’s not so important if you can see it
but because you can’t, i find myself delinquent

i know when
because

simmering
being swept away by
how you’ve affected me
words reduced to “words”
like the poem that screams “poem”
the difference is in me
i’m the reason all for these bad poems
